1. Order Processing

• All orders are confirmed and prepared for production within 1–3 business days.
• All personalised gift sets require 10–14 business days for production and customisation before delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver to locations within Singapore. Delivery time typically takes 1–3 business days after production is complete.
• Please provide accurate delivery details, including recipient contact number, to ensure smooth delivery.
• If a re-delivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete details, an additional delivery fee of $25 (before GST) will apply.
• Delivery times may be delayed during peak periods or public holidays. Teesn Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

3. Personalised Products & Returns

• All personalised items, including card holders, keychains, notebooks, mugs, jewellery boxes, phone stands, and gift sets, are made to order and cannot be resold.
• Due to their customised nature, personalised products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If your personalised gift set arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos for verification.
• We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Non-Personalised Products & Returns

• Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

5. Product Images

• Product images are for reference only. Actual items may vary slightly due to colour, packaging, or minor design changes.

6. Bulk Orders & Corporate Gifting

• For bulk orders, please contact us via enquiry@teesngifts.com for quotations and delivery arrangements.
• Bulk orders may require additional lead time for production and delivery.

7. Privacy & Data

• We respect your privacy and will only use personal information (name, contact, delivery address) for order fulfilment.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.

8. Updates to Policy

• Teesn Gifts reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be reflected on this Policy Page and apply to future orders.
